Booking Process

To book an appointment with Dr McGee, Dr Bamford or Dr Khor a valid referral is required. Please phone us to ensure we have received your referral.

 

Once a referral is received, it is reviewed and triaged by our doctors. If a referral is marked as urgent we will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment. If you have not heard from us, please phone us to schedule a non-urgent appointment. 

 

An approximate guide for our wait times is below:

Ugent appointments – 2-6 weeks

Semi urgent appointments – 3 months

Routine/non-urgent appointments – 6 months

 

Please note that GP referrals are valid for a period of 12 months and specialist referrals are valid for 3 months. For any review appointments, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a current referral on file. If you are unsure, please check with us.

 

If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee.
